Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we require a minimum of 20 mattresses for bulk pricing and fulfillment, and a minimum of x for accessories.

Can I request samples?

At this time, we’re not able to provide samples. However, all our mattresses are built with the same award-winning technology trusted by millions of sleepers worldwide. Regardless of the mattress type, you can expect exceptional quality, comfort, and durability in every product.

How long does shipping take?

We offer flexible pickup and delivery options to fit your needs.

While shipping costs aren’t included in the base price, we can help coordinate delivery at an additional cost. You’re also welcome to arrange your own carrier pickup. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share all pickup details — and if needed, we’ll gladly assist with cost-effective shipping options based on your order volume.

How do payments work?

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send an invoice for secure online payment. Payment is required in full before delivery.

How long does it take to receive a quote after submitting a request?

We aim to respond to all bulk order requests within x–x business days. Our team will carefully review your details and get back to you with a personalized quote, including availability and pricing. If we need any additional info to finalize your quote, we’ll reach out promptly.
