Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we require a minimum of 20 mattresses for bulk pricing and fulfillment.

Can I request samples?

At this time, we’re not able to provide samples. However, all our mattresses are built with the same award-winning technology trusted by millions of sleepers worldwide. Regardless of the mattress type, you can expect exceptional quality, comfort, and durability in every product.

How long does shipping take?

We don’t currently offer shipping for bulk orders — pickup is required from our designated location. If you'd prefer to have your order delivered, you're welcome to arrange third-party shipping at your own cost. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide all pickup details, and if needed, we’re happy to offer guidance on carrier options.

How do payments work?

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send an invoice for secure online payment. Payment is required in full before delivery.
