365-night Trial

  • How does the 365-night trial work?

    When choosing a mattress, it’s important to give your body time to adjust and decide what truly feels right.

    Our 365-night trial gives you a full year to relax into your Emma mattress and experience the benefits of better sleep. Please use your mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to fully adapt before returning under the 365-night trial.

    If you decide it’s not the right fit, you can return your mattress anytime within the trial period. Simply reach out to our Customer Care team, available Monday–Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM (EST), through any of the following channels:

    Please note:

    • The 365-night trial applies to all purchases made on or after May 4, 2026.
    • Purchases made between April 25, 2025 and May 3, 2026 are subject to the 100-night trial.
    • Purchases made before April 25, 2025 remain covered under the previous 365-night trial.

    Additional information:

    • The trial does not apply to exchanges based on size preference.
    • If you received the wrong size, you are fully covered and we’ll make it right.
    • Customer support is currently available in English only. We’re working on offering support in French in the future.

  • How can I return my mattress within the trial time?

    To return your mattress, please reach out to our Customer Care agents from 08:00 to 18:00 GMT-6, Monday-Friday through our available channels:

    • or speak directly with an agent using our live-chat feature on our website.

  • Is the 365-Night trial applicable for all products?

    Not all products are covered under the same trial period:

    • Mattresses come with our 365-night trial.
    • Accessories (such as pillows, duvets, and protectors) include a 60-night trial.
    • Clearance products are not eligible for any trial.

    If you purchase a set (mattress + accessories):

    • The mattress is covered by the 365-night trial.
    • The accessories in the set are covered by the 60-night trial.

  • Can I return a clearance product under the 365-night trial?

    No. Clearance products are excluded from the 365-night trial and cannot be returned under this program.

    All clearance purchases are final and subject only to applicable statutory rights.

  • Return Eligibility & Conditions for 365-Night Trial

    • Mattresses and sleep accessories must be in good condition to qualify for a return. Products must be undamaged. If there are signs of misuse or intentional damage, EMMA will have the right to deny the return. 
    • Each household is eligible for one (1) trial, determined by name, address, email and payment method. 
    • The trial is a one-time offer. You may be eligible for a new trial only if you did not return a product from a previous trial. 
    • In case of obtaining a Freebie Bundle, returns under the 365-night trial and the corresponding refund will only be applicable when all  sleep accessories (freebies) are returned with the mattress.  That is, if you purchased a Freebie Bundle with your Mattress you can only obtain a refund upon return of the applicable mattress and the freebies offered in the bundle.  
    • Products must not be damaged, soiled, or show signs of misuse or intentional damage. Returns will be refused if such evidence is found. 
    • Any returned product is ineligible for future trials. 
    • When buying sets, accessories are not eligible for 365-night trial period.
